Balmy Victoria is a great place to come in the winter, and escape the cold of the rest of Canada. Most winters Victoria gets zero to a little snow, and its normal to see people biking and hiking 12 months of the year.

We have Golf Greens that really are green in the winter, and most courses are open all year, and have excellent winter rates.

From the house you can hike the lake trails or go on a bike ride without getting in a car. You can also canoe or fish from your own private dock. There is excellent bird and wildlife watching from the yard and lake area.

If scuba diving is your thing, the best diving happens in the winter when the water is the clearest. Visibility can be up to a 100 ft.!! Victoria has world class wreck diving, and amazing shore dives.

There is winter sailboat racing in the Victoria area, and of course you have a multitude of great restaurants, theatre, symphony, nightclubs and more entertainment all within a 5 – 15 minute drive.
